WHAT AM I DOING ?

I successfully graduated from Hacettepe University, Nutrition and Dietetics Department in 2006. As a clinical dietitian for about 15 years, I have had the opportunity to work with many different people in various institutions such as hospitals, gyms, banks, and weight loss centers. When I looked at my clients' dietary histories, I saw restriction, expectations of rewards and rewards for dieting, feelings of guilt, and lack of confidence. People misinterpret "don't diet".  Your goal may be to lose weight, gain weight, improve your health, or gain healthy eating habits. My aim is to ensure that you constantly embrace the benefits that proper nutrition will bring to your life, while helping you reach your goal. You can get in shape by eating healthy. At the same time, you feel spiritually and mentally more vigorous, more positive and happier. That's why I aim to raise you to a quality of life where not only your body but also your life energy is in shape.

HOW DO I WORK WITH MY CLIENTS?

When I work with my clients, I focus on making healthy eating easy. Healthy  eating habits in a certain pattern, at the same time  more each week than the situation you were in when you met me, rather than trying to apply it to you.  I aim to make it better. You won't feel the worries like "I can't eat out" while dieting, "I can't get rid of forbidden foods", "I don't have time to exercise every day".  According to your lifestyle, needs and goals, we create a nutrition program and target table that suits you. In addition, by applying conscious nutrition therapy step by step, you can make the changes you have achieved.  We aim to be permanent.

As a nutritionist, first and foremost  I will determine the nutrients that are missing in your body by doing your professional body analysis. Then, I will prepare the appropriate nutrition plan for you according to your health status and lifestyle. I make lifestyle suggestions that will make your diet easier and share healthy recipes. It is also important to me that you adhere to the diet and how you feel.
